Scotty's Appliances at 3901 S Walnut St is storing dozens of refrigerators in front of the building on Walnut St. I believe this is a code violation and also a serious endangerment to children that might climb inside and suffocate. I'd like them to remove the refrigerators from the Walnut St frontage and secure them in an enclosed fenced storage area. See the attached pictures.

I don't know whether this is the right place to report this violation. I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. The sidewalk is covered with a think layer of run off gravel from the alley. Can this be cleaned up and something done to prevent this from continually happening?
