Other: sidewalk on west side of college ave, about 300ft south of 3rd street. this barricade was in place on july 1, 8, 15, and 22. this photo is from july 22. see ureport 203907. on july 22, after taking this photo, i moved the barricade into the adjacent parking space. i'm not sure what it looks like today (july 24). it seems like Duke never re-opened the sidewalk when they finished their work?? is that why they were allowed to close it for 3 straight weeks? thanks! - Greg
