The address I entered (1621 S Dorchester) is one in a series of condos that I mean to report for overgrowth (I believe they're managed by an HOA). I manage a property at 1803 E Thornton Dr. There is a ton of overgrowth coming from those condos on Dorchester that have grown over and through our back fence. I would like the HOA, or whoever is responsible, to clean it all out. Thank you for your help!

We have lived in our apartment for 4 years now we have been flooded 8 different times we have went to management and higher management about it and they have told us it’s not “wet” so we aren’t going to worry about it. I work in the leasing office at Atlas on 17th (1439 N Telluride St). Several residents have submitted complaints regarding the streetlights of our property not being on a night, which has concerned many for their safety and security. We have confirmed reports of there being no streetlights on for roads N Telluride St. and W Aurora Dr. The other streets on our property include W Redlands Dr, W Vail St, N Denver Rd, and N Arvada Rd.

Houses yard is excessively weed overgrown and unkempt. Weeds are causing issues bleeding into neighbors’ yards and spreading weeds to neighboring houses. It looks horrible and is a harbor for rats and other pests.
