Identical issue to cases 171211, 181052, and 192902. Retaining wall is collapsing on the NW corner of lot at the intersection of Lincoln and the alley north of the property. Large stone is *again* blocking the sidewalk. This has become an annual problem. Property owner should request services of an actual mason to fix the issue once and for all.

This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour so far (30 minutes yesterday is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.

NB: Depending on where exactly you click on the map, the address that comes up is sometimes *incorrectly* listed as "414 E. Cottage Grove", but that is wrong. The *correct* address is 450 E. Cottage Grove. Hole is by the street closest to the SW corner of the lot.
