Other: Hole alongside water meter in ROW has been present for a while. Dangerous. Please fill in. For reference, see #202952 and #202953. NB: Depending on where exactly you click on the map, the address that comes up is sometimes *incorrectly* listed as "414 E. Cottage Grove", but that is wrong. The *correct* address is 450 E. Cottage Grove. Hole is by the street closest to the SW corner of the lot.
