Other: Identical issue to cases 171211, 181052, and 192902. Retaining wall is collapsing on the NW corner of lot at the intersection of Lincoln and the alley north of the property. Large stone is *again* blocking the sidewalk. This has become an annual problem. Property owner should request services of an actual mason to fix the issue once and for all.
