During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. I received a call, phone number 216-337-3255, no name. From what I could understand, there is illegal parking happening on a street that only has parking on one side. The location is Woodburn between Kenwood Drive and 17th as well as on Kinser Pike/Rogers between Kenwood Drive and 17th.
Heading toward Washington Street on W. 3rd street to E. 3rd street, the right lane is filled with potholes that are hard to avoid without swerving into the other lane. Please add this to your list. Thank you!

A mattress has been dumped at the intersection off of W. Bolin Lane and Glenview Drive. There is no address to associate with this. The caller reported that it is on the left side of the road on Glenview at this intersection.
The street sign at N. Russell Road and 45 was hit and is on the ground. This is near the utility pole in front of 3838 N. Russell Road.
A woman that was walking came in to report a large pothole in the road between 316 and 318 S. Rogers Street in the southbound lane.
