Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.
Caller states that line of sight is blocked at n/s alley coming south at intersection of alley between Lincoln and Washington and Hillside. Location is 1424 S. Lincoln.
Caller states "kids are there, throwing trash in back yard and it is blowing into alley." Trash in front also.
A washer and dryer has been sitting on the front porch for over 6 months.
Couch has been sitting on sidewalk for about a month.
Complaint that a car is parked in the yard at this location.
