Two drains on city street- E Windermere Woods Dr which parallels College Mall Road -are filled to the rim which means there is dangerous water buildup in the traffic lane. The two drains are not directly in front of condos. They are on Windermere Woods Dr a few feet from the junction with Covenanter near College Mall Road. There also is a green space between Windermere Woods Dr and College Mall Road which now looks like a lake. There also is city owns the land but we mow and maintain the trees. There is a huge drain near the corner of College Mall Road and Covenanter which also is backed up creating the lake.

I have heard that there are sewer issues on Oak Leaf Drive and possibly Maple Leaf Drive. The neighbors would like to be informed if this is true and perhaps someone needs to come out to these streets to check the sewers for issues.

Just wondering why the city puts up detour signs without any weights in a windy month. I saw probably eight or nine day during a short walk this afternoon. Sometimes they are blocking the sidewalk (northwest corner of Second and Rogers). Kind of pointless.

The street drain cover at the north east corner of our building in the "alley" just west of the Kroger gas station has sunken about a foot! Cars catch their tires. In direct line with said drain the ground above the storm water drain pipe has fallen away and created a 2-3 sinkhole! This is next to the guard rail along Jackson Creek. We are having drain issues in an area behind the mailboxes on Baytree La. In Peppergrass. I keep the drain clean but with the hard and fast rain as a new normal maybe we need something more. Another drain maybe. The water is making our mailboxes sink. Thank you.

Sewage is coming up out of the clean out. Im afraid it will back up into the house. Please come check it out as soon as possible
