Our leaves were never collected last fall. So there are still leaves that naturally collected along the side of the street. Now that the snow has covered them and defrosted, there are still matted piles along the side of the street between Arden Drive and Queens Way. It looks like one side of the street was collected in the fall, but not the other. I’m worried they will clog the gutters during heavy rain in the spring. Thank you for any help with this.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. This is an Airbnb. The management dropped the can off in the grass between the street and sidewalk over a month ago and has not touched it since. Special pickup by the city was made over a week ago. Guests have now moved can to sidewalk. Home has been visited by management within this month’s time but ignore the trash can every time. It would be nice if folks who don’t live in the neighborhood would at least pretend that they care about the rules. Thank you for your assistance.
