We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Recycle and garbage cans left at curb for months. Recycle can is filled with garbage.
My trash can had 2 wheels when I took my garbage out Monday night but when I brought them in on Tuesday one wheel was missing. It must have fallen of into the trash truck. Can I get a re-placement wheel or a new trash can? Thanks
Recycling truck crew apparently was in such a galopping hurry this morning that they did not take enough time to properly empty our recycling can. Nothing in here is stuck. This is not the first time. They were there because the upper half of the contents of the can was emptied.
