Hi - I am one of the owners of Friendly Beasts Cider writing regarding our new location at 615 N Fairview St. I am wondering if it would be possible to get a new bike rack put it at the intersection of Fairview and the B-Line trail. I don't think there's a bike rack at Rogers St., so it would be the only bike rack between Adams and 8th St. on the B-Line (I think!). Cicada Cinema is also moving into the same building, so there will be a lot more people coming to that area. It is also right by the walking path from the B-Line to Butler Park. I noticed there appears to be lot of room on the east side of the intersection of Fairview and the B-Line where a bike rack could go. Not only are there are no sidewalks in the area, which is used by many people using public transportation, but there is no bus shelter. Those in wheelchairs are forced to ride in the street as you can see from the provided photo. This is a major safety concern. Additionally, there is no shelter from the sun at the bus stop unless you stand up against a nearby building, which is an issue for those with mobility problems. Please evaluate this area.

I live upstairs, so I usually park my electric bike at the bottom of the stairs. This morning, when I went down to get it for school, it was gone; I found the lock cut and saw that someone had left some items nearby. That bike is my most valuable possession, so please help me get it back.

This is the 2nd time I’m reaching out about a nuisance light. I reached out on 06/16/26 about a nuisance light on the neighboring houses property. That case number is #211729. The case still just says open. The house is currently vacant. There is a private light pole on the property that is so bright it illuminates my backyard plus my bedroom windows. Because of this I I am having a lot of difficulty sleeping. I don’t mean to sound like that person but I am a first responder that spends a lot of time awake through the night so when I’m at home, my sleep is very important to me. Also because of this light, my family and I are no longer able to sit out on our back porch in the evenings due to being blinded by this light. I did send one image and my first complaint. It shows where the light is in comparison to my back yard. I will send another picture with this complaint. The picture with this complaint is my face illuminated from the light as I sit on my back porch in the evening. If need be I have many more pictures I would be glad to send. They are operating some sort of chop shop out of here. They are taking the engines out etc and leaving the cars parked in the roadway/working in the roadway. There are 10+ vehicles outside without license plates

Drivers are not stopping for pedestrians who have reached the crosswalk first or are already crossing and halfway in the middle of the road daily issue has always been an issue

Crosswalks at both Lincoln and Grant are treated as mere suggestions by drivers even when a pedestrian has arrived to the crosswalk first and or is already crossing and halfway in the middle of the road
