Last summer I contacted the city (Ureport case 192429) regarding city trees in my front yard (tulip poplar) that were infected by a "tulip tree scale" insect. I live in Tamarron and there are a number of other tulip poplar trees infected by the same bug. Haskell Smith said to contact him this spring to let him know and the city will treat the trees to keep them from dying. In Southeast Park the water at the two fountain has not been turned on. Is there a reason or just an oversight? The dog is really disappointed.

Tree branches have gotten so long they are hanging in the roadway. All through Sweetbriar neighborhood. Cars have to veer out of lane to avoid. High profile vehicles are breaking branches out of the trees. Trees need to be trimmed back so we can drive.

I Googled "Bloomington Rail Trail" and it shows up under the City Parks Department, as I thought was the case. So, I am submitting this report for the City, even though it is along a County road. The crossing of the Rail Trail at Rogers street south of Gordon Pike and north of That Road (which road? That Road) is overgrown on the southeast side of the crossing. When driving on Rogers from the south headed north, it is difficult to see the trail and trail users on the east side of Rogers. People drive fast on this part of Rogers. Can the city clean up this line of sight issue so people are safer crossing the road? Thanks.

There is a tree behind my house that looks like it could fall down on my house. I submitted before and was told it wasn’t city tree but we’ve looked into who owns property \ woods behind house and it’s the Cities. My address is 1401 Woodhill Drive, Bloomington IN 47403 the woods right behind my house.

Tree limbs block the sight of the stop signs on BOTH sides of eastbound E 11th Street at N Park Ave from a distance. The signs are not visible until a moving vehicle is at them, which poses a hazard.

Large 30 foot branch dangeling from a tree into the road. Safety hazard. Actually severel branches damaged from the wind storm need to be removed please. Thank you.

Low hanging branch over sidewalk in front of property. I am 5’8” tall and needed to duck to walk under the limb. I fear it could be very dangerous for someone who is sight impaired.
