Cars parked at BHA office driveway, blocking the sidewalk
Cars parked at BHA office driveway, blocking the sidewalk
This residence always has an abundance of cars parked on the street. This weekend they were parked informing of our mail box also parked to the stop sign. This winter they were unable to plow our road because of the car situation. Our elderly neighbor was unable to back out of her drive way. For the past few month since moving in they play their music so loud it rattles our windows and shakes our house. Yesterday the music started at 1pm and didn’t end until the early hours of the morning. Even after the police came and asked them to turn it down. Playing songs saying “Stick you fist in my Pu**y at high volume while there are families walking and riding bikes is not what our neighborhood signed up for. This has been going on for months as stated before.
Car parked on grass shoulder of Maplecrest Drive, a narrow dead end street. This is a continuous problem, and causes problems with trash trucks and large box delivery vehicles.
Car parked on grass shoulder on narrow street, facing wrong direction.
Red car parked on grass shoulders of narrow street all weekend.
Abandoned vehicle
We are the Management company for the Stadium View II property and Stadium View III. The Stadium View II property at 310-330 East 20th Street has multiple vehicles parked in the grass along 20th Street in front of the property daily. Also at Stadium View III, 319 East 20th there are cars almost daily parked partially blocking our west exit for the parking lot. They keep trying to squeeze 2 cars into the space and it will only fit one car. We have delivery trucks and trash trucks delivering to our maintenance shop at this property and it makes it difficult at times to get safely in and out of the lot. Thanks so much!!
Our neighbor has a panel truck that he uses for his business (please see attached photo) that has not moved in months, and that is not an exaggeration. According to Bloomington City Code Section 15.32.070 this vehicle should have been tagged for removal years ago. I have just let it go hoping that he would get the damn thing running again but now he is renting uhauls and using this as storage. During our last big storm snow removal was greatly impeded because the plow had to navigate around the vehicle causing the snow bank to be in the middle of the street(see photo). What prompted me to submit this now is my wife and I witnessed a very close call between two vehicles passing each other from opposite directions on trash day. The car going south was forced to move closer to the middle of the street because of the truck and damn near clipped the north bound car. The streets here in Fritz Terrace are narrow to begin with but when you have a panel truck there constantly.....
Two cars parked in alley. Continuous problem at this location.
A red compact car parks next to the road on the lawn on a narrow dead end street. They park after 5pm and leaves the next morning. Maplecrest Drive is barely wide enough for two cars. This is becoming a constant nuisance.
