The lady that lives there hasn't lived there only a few months. Middle size dog/ male My concern is the animal is not taken outdoors to use restroom, Concerned for the physical health of the animal.

There is a dead cat blocking the sidewalk here. I'm not sure whether this should be through this form or if there's another one but I'd appreciate being directed to the right place to help get this cleaned up. Thank you
This dog barks all night long. Woke me up at 2 am barking incessantly. This is not new. They probably just need to spend some time with it but until then it’s going to just bark and bark and bark.
