Other: 915 N Rogers Apt A5 has a dog. It does not come outside. Ever Yes I have reported to the office manager aty apartment complex but I'm sure they can only do so much. The lady that lives there hasn't lived there only a few months. Middle size dog/ male My concern is the animal is not taken outdoors to use restroom, Concerned for the physical health of the animal.
