Betsy Smith - 812-327-5472 Ms. Smith called to report that sewer work was done at Jackson/W. Kirkwood. This has caused one of the manhole covers to not be sealed properly and it is constantly rattling. She would like to have someone come out and correct this.

During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. I received a call from 216-337-3255, no name. The caller stated that the alleyway between Kenwood and 17th is riddled with pot holes. He also stated that he removed the snow, because it was never removed.

I received a call, phone number 216-337-3255, no name. From what I could understand, there is illegal parking happening on a street that only has parking on one side. The location is Woodburn between Kenwood Drive and 17th as well as on Kinser Pike/Rogers between Kenwood Drive and 17th.

In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581. The sidewalks from Hillside down to the 1500 block of Walnut have not had snow removal according to Malhar Lakshman (848)467-6635. He is a student that takes the bus from Hillside and Walnut to class. He stated that there are many students walking in the street at this location.

A gentleman called in and was very angry that the debris and illicit items have not been picked up at Hillinghams on S. Walnut. This debris and illicit material stretches to the school corporation building that is located there. He has contacted the Deputy Mayor and still nothing has been done. Bob Brown 812-350-5117 Resident stated that there is a Mighty Tough Envirusac full of a toxic looking substance located at 1010 Sherbrook Drive in the greenway between the sidewalk and the street. It has been there approximately 2 weeks.
