Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers): Comment

Phone Call: Betsy Smith - 812-327-5472 Ms. Smith called to report that sewer work was done at Jackson/W. Kirkwood. This has caused one of the manhole covers to not be sealed properly and it is constantly rattling. She would like to have someone come out and correct this.
