Sycamore village never cleared the snow from their sidewalk along high street, and also for a bit of the way from high street along Moore’s pike. Now that it is thawing, pedestrians have to traipse through several inches deep slush.
Bags of garbage have been piled up in and around collection bins for weeks after storm interrupted service. Wildlife in the area will soon get into these bags. This is a recurrent issue with this rental property.

Snow plowed up 3or 4 feet high from snow plows blocking the sidewalk at this corner. It my understanding that this section of sidewalk (handicap ramp) is the responsibility of the City of Bloomington, this was told to me by the City of Bloomington. The snow has been here since 25 January.
