Renter is constantly leaving trash bags on ground and on Holiday Halloween today

I live near Maple and 7th and could hear the party. I asked the neighbors closer what it was like for them. 10/30/2026 This house is rented to 3 unrelated people. There are always 4 cars there at night. This is the 4th disruptive party since Aug 2026. This was the 2nd party that was so big the police were called. Neighbors could not park in their own driveways or get close to their homes. The neighbor to the west of 1120 W 8th St, (1131 W 8th St), had party people open the gate and go in their yard, the kids left his gate open and his dogs got out. Around 11.30 the police showed up. The party shut down around 1 am. I hope they have some consequences. This was a quiet neighborhood before they moved in. This is the ordinance I found for Bloomington. "Quiet Hours • Hours: Quiet hours run from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Rule: Noise that can be heard outside the immediate premises or property line and disturbs a reasonable person for at least 15 minutes during this time is considered a violation. However, unreasonable or excessive noise can be cited at any time of day. Fines & Penalties Property occupants and party hosts face escalating municipal fines for violations: • 1st Violation: $50 fine • 2nd Violation (within 12 months): $100 fine" Please! Get this ball rolling and get them to stop!

Dead tree has fallen on the multi use trail about 5 days ago and has been tape off but not clean up. Thus the path is not useable. There are communications line down but no power lines. When will this be cleaned up?

Why does Lowe’s get to park large van in the Fire lane for advertising all the time. It is painted stripped “NO PARKING. FIRE LANE.”. No one is in the can either.

There is a person/ family that has a serval and has now bought a monkey. It is my understanding that primates are not allowed in Bloomington due to the city ordinances. They have brought both animals to highly populated areas around town including the college mall and IU campus and have also been in contact with police without any consequences

Abandoned older red/white Ford pickup truck, closest to garage, (parked for more than five years) and also newer white Ford pickup truck (parked for more than two years) have been inoperable and parked at 3616 East Post Road. Flat tires and moss and mold growing on truck surfaces are evidence of length of time they have been there.
