Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: There is a person/ family that has a serval and has now bought a monkey. It is my understanding that primates are not allowed in Bloomington due to the city ordinances. They have brought both animals to highly populated areas around town including the college mall and IU campus and have also been in contact with police without any consequences
