Trees and overgrowth.
For years, trees and bushes on city R/W have impeded Prospect Street adjoining the property (west of S. Madison St). Beacon GIS will confirm that the overgrowth is in the R/W. The street department at times has cut back the overgrowth. The planning department has indicated that there are invasive plants at this location. Trees hang down and touch vehicles when not trimmed. The problem has continued to get worse over the past several years. Not only is the overgrowth unmanageable, it is unsightly, detracting from neighborhood property values. Please rectify this problem so that it is not an on-going issue. Feel free to contact me if needed. Thank you.

Thank you to the staff who recently fixed the tennis hit wall at Sherwood Oaks! We use this all the time and saw them fixing it the other day and appreciate having it fixed.
Parking Meters and Citations

The Parking Kiosk that is behind the Uptown Cafe, across from the church, is completely unreadable
in bright sunlight. I parked and attempted to use the kiosk Friday September 3rd 2026. One could not
read the screen on the kiosk unit at all. It rendered it unusable. Sunglasses or no sunglasses the screen
seemed was total obscured and completely useless. I had to move my car. Please investigate. I wish the regular meters
would be reinstalled. Easier for elderly residents to use, but I feel more and more our electronic navigation issues
are of little concern by the city. Thank you Kim
