Other: The Parking Kiosk that is behind the Uptown Cafe, across from the church, is completely unreadable in bright sunlight. I parked and attempted to use the kiosk Friday September 3rd 2026. One could not read the screen on the kiosk unit at all. It rendered it unusable. Sunglasses or no sunglasses the screen seemed was total obscured and completely useless. I had to move my car. Please investigate. I wish the regular meters would be reinstalled. Easier for elderly residents to use, but I feel more and more our electronic navigation issues are of little concern by the city.
