Hello, Last week, one of our trash cans was not collected, even though we followed the CBU guidelines. This week, the trash truck drove down our alley without stopping at any of the houses on our street. As a result, we now have a significant amount of trash accumulating inside our home. Could you please let us know when we can expect our trash to be picked up? Thank you very much for your time and assistance—we truly appreciate your help.
Still no lights/-been out now for a month. Hope no one gets hurt because they’re out. City has had plenty of notice and time to fix or turn them back on.

The third street bike lane is completely unplowed. This is simply unacceptable treatment of a travel lane several days after snow stopped falling.
No snow removal has occurred on either side of Woodlawn between 3rd and Atwater, nor on Faculty. It is just packed down by pedestrians. This is an ongoing problem year after year after year with every snowfall.
The snow from the street in front of me has been plowed up in front of my mailbox. I'm a senior citizen and paid to get my driveway cleaned but can't pay someone else to plow the snow away from mailbox

Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you
The side walk on the corner of Allendale and Winslow is not shoveled, nor is the sidewalk running on the sidewalk on the south side of Winslow Ave.
