She said that is greatest number of deer she has seen in her neighborhood at one time and she found it unsettling. She advised that she did not want a call back, but wants "someone to do something." I did not speak to Dukes directly; instead, this concern was relayed to me from another City department. She said this afternoon a neighbor's dog chased a group of 10 deers into her backyard. That is the most she has ever seen at one time and she found it unsettling. There is tree debris left in the Swain Avenue Alleyway off University off the eastside from the wind storm. Duke Energy came and cut the tree off the powerline and left the debris in the alleyway.

A report was made to extension 3400 of the street lights being out on Lincoln between 7th and 9th street.

At the address of 1125 E Hunter, the homeowner leaves trash and recycle bins blocking the sidewalk after pick up. This homeowner will leave the bins out all week and take trash to bin daily instead of taking bin back to property. These bins block the entire sidewalk at Hunter and Ballantine on the west side of the sidewalk.

A mattress has been dumped at the intersection off of W. Bolin Lane and Glenview Drive. There is no address to associate with this. The caller reported that it is on the left side of the road on Glenview at this intersection.

A constituent called in today and asked that we revisit the sidewalk work that was done at 11th and Lindberg. He stated that this sidewalk was not repaired to be accessible per ADA standards. He has seen multiple wheelchair bound residents struggle crossing here.
