There is a growing pile of garbage behind and alongside the house at 501 S. Mitchell. This adjoins a walkway that links two parts of Hunter Ave and it’s just above a waterway that feeds into the Jordan River. As a neighbor I’m concerned about rats and other sanitary issues likely to ensue.

The landlord has not done anything with the trash and may not know they have moved out. the trash at the curb is being scattered by animals.
