Neighbors keep parking on my property on my lawn. The landlords of that property built 2 additional parking spaces near the street (who knows if they got permits for that). The property line ends where the fence is bordering the two houses. They clearly keep parking in my lawn.
The alley behind the Boys & Grils Clubs, between Lincoln and Grant is absolutely awful with deep potholes and broken pavement. While some of this damage is part of the 53-08-04-203-024.000-009 lot owned by Shivam Properties LLC, there is significant damaged pavement owned by the City of Bloomington. I have had the misfortune of traveling down this alley twice in recent months, and each time I was concerned I was going to pop a tire.
Neighbor from 1203 S Fess repeatedly trespassing into 1205 S Fess and leaving dog waste from 3 large black dogs. Witnessed yesterday 16AUG26 the woman and child with defecating dog (#1) and peeing dog (#2) deep in my yard without cleaning it up. Third dog in yard but I didn't witness waste. I politely confronted them asking them to clean up. She returned and attempted to clean up. This morning 17AUG26 the man and dog(s) trespassing, leaving dog waste which I have on video, still image attached. It's bad enough that their property floods into mine and their numerous waste piles smell and leech into my area, but it's not ok that they are trespassing and leaving waste.

Driving on Rogers towards The Stands .. just past the roundabout.. as you pass the entrance to park and head towards Sherwood oaks church… the area is very overgrown with vegetation.. the guard rail is overgrown with weeds. Also some low large trees hanging over Rogers. Can this area be mowed please. Thanks
Terrible smell. An older man passed away last year, im assuming a younger grandchild lives there now along with friends. Smells Terrible. Could be mold or who knows what. Today, I slipped on their sidewalk due to wet grass clippings. The smell is concerning. As soon as the older man died, these younger kids moved in. Its a mess. I've been tempted to call but after falling today, im finally reporting.
There is still a strong odor on N. Kerry Drive on the east side of the street just north of the E. Hollywood Drive intersection. It may be coming from the little wooded area between 623 N Kerry and the limestone house next door (address 701 N Grandview).
PeteEllis and PollyGrimshaw trail intersection has a destroyed pedestrian-warning sign. Will need a new sign with new installation.
Tap water taste like dirt, smells slightly of sewage, and leaves chemical taste and tingle in mouth after drinking. Concerns for the safety of the water and at minimum is not palatable at all.
