Other: The alley behind the Boys & Grils Clubs, between Lincoln and Grant is absolutely awful with deep potholes and broken pavement. While some of this damage is part of the
53-08-04-203-024.000-009 lot owned by Shivam Properties LLC, there is significant damaged pavement owned by the City of Bloomington. I have had the misfortune of traveling down this alley twice in recent months, and each time I was concerned I was going to pop a tire.
