Dead deer in the City ROW It has been there for several days.

I went to check the water bill for this month and found it was over 1100 dollars. Our property manager said they couldn’t do anything about it but when I called customer service here they said we can get some of it tacked off. We were unaware that we had a leak because how could we know and horn didn’t inform us that it skyrocketed until we got a disconnecting warning scheduled for Nov. 9. I just want to know if there is a possible that we can get that reduced. Our account number is 4585-015 and my name is Andrew Place.

The decorated utility box ar 2nd and College is in worse shape than the ones that have already been replaced. Are the plans for a new one? It's in a location where it's likely to get vandalized, but it had problems before then The box it replaced had bold colors and simple designs (including a peacock and a fighting fish). That I think is best for drive-by viewing. Bob Ross with a head full of happy trees was clever but too fussy. There was not design at all for the sidewalk facing side. On top of that, the painting began too late in the season and had to be interrupted. That may have contributed to how fast it deteriorated. So, please, opt for a SIMPLE design in BOLD colors, and approve a design that covers ALL SIDES of the box in a UNIFIED way. (And allow time for the painting to be done without interruption). I drive by that box frequently and its condition in a prominent location is distressing. Thanks!

For everyone's sake, please move the vagrants out of People's Park, at least for Homecoming. They smell and yell at passersby making the park unpleasant and unusable. Please don't be PC - that is what is perpetuating the issue. Those people continue to live the way they do because the City lets them.
