Other: I went to check the water bill for this month and found it was over 1100 dollars. Our property manager said they couldn’t do anything about it but when I called customer service here they said we can get some of it tacked off. We were unaware that we had a leak because how could we know and horn didn’t inform us that it skyrocketed until we got a disconnecting warning scheduled for Nov. 9. I just want to know if there is a possible that we can get that reduced. Our account number is 4585-015 and my name is Andrew Place.
