There is human feces in the alley behind JL Waters and Orbit Room. As an employee of JL, it is right by our dumpsters and makes it unpleasant to throw trash away.

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

1787 W 3rd ST

Case Date:
10/3/2025

Sidewalk along Landmark has no curb ramp on one end for wheelchairs and power chairs to get on and off. And on the other end which was just redone really has no curb ramp either. You might be able to drive an RC car on it that how narrow the flat spot is. You cant drive a chair up on it because its not flat. People in wheelchairs and Powerchairs are avoiding this and going the wrong way down the street towards 3rd in a blind curve. Its only a matter of time before a car rounds that blind curve to find a wheel chair user in the lane also heading towards them. We just had a girl stuck out there today trying to get on the sidewalk but couldn't. Somebody is gonna get hit. Please let us know how we can help you help this matter. Best Wishes, Kevin. Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

2512 E Caray CT

Case Date:
10/3/2025

The sidewalks on our street are dangerously raised. This issue was first reported about two years ago, and we also notified city crews in person when they were here for other work on our street. The sidewalks are used daily by children in our cul-de-sac, which makes this a serious safety concern. Additionally, tree roots are growing under the sidewalks and into our front yard. Our lawn care provider even expressed concern that his equipment could be damaged by the exposed roots. These issues require immediate attention from the city. Could you please let me know—via email or phone—how you intend to address this matter at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your prompt attention.

Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris)

3372 E Moffett LN

Case Date:
10/3/2025

There’s a ton of sand at the corner where E Moffett Lane meets S Harrell Road. I’m a cyclist and turned right onto S Harrell Road and the sheer amount of sand caused me to lose tractions and crash. I hit the entire left side of my body really hard and got a gash on my left elbow and some bad bruising on my thigh. The sand is so bad you can see it on Google Maps. Please please please clean this up

Potholes, Other Street Repair

Sare & Rogers

Case Date:
10/3/2025

In the NE corner of the Sare/Rogers roundabout, the right turn lane (on to Sare Road from Rogers Road) has severe damage to the concrete. Many of these large concrete pieces have actually separated and they move up and down precariously when cars/trucks traverse them. Rain water (and the upcoming freeze/thaw cycle) will likely make the situation even more unstable.

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

101 N College Ave

Case Date:
10/2/2025

Can the City review this section of sidewalk at College Ave and Kirkwood, right out front of The Tap? It may be out of compliance with the City ordinances that require a minimum 5-feet of width for sidewalks. This portion of sidewalk has felt narrow and congested for years. Today, I was walking through and with other foot traffic got pushed to the side where that limestone corner cap sticks out beyond the base of the planter and hit my leg on it. The railing from the Tap combined with that planter creates a significant hazard for pedestrians and restricts the flow of foot traffic. The sidewalk narrows right there. This could be fixed by removing the planter.

There seems to be a water leak at the sorority that is located on the corner of Woodlawn and 3rd streets. There is water constantly on the woodlawn sidewalk just below the water meter.
