Traffic Light out at S liberty and W Third

When making a right turn onto Curry Pike from Gifford Rd, you now have to immediately stop for the light in front of the old Otis Elevator building for no apparent reason. If there are multiple cars or a city bus, you are forced to stop on the train tracks there. Many people are just running thru the red light. Was this changed intentionally or is is malfunctioning?

The trun single is way too slow and it's building traffic, like when the straight light is green the trun light is red not flashing yellow

Injured kitten behind Kroger on liberty drive

The street light (which is in our neighbor’s back yard, not on a street) behind our house has recently had a new bulb put in. Now it’s so bright that it shines in our bedroom window at night and impacts our ability to sleep. Can you please remove the bulb again or install a light blocking shield? Not sure what it’s meant to illuminate for the public as it’s in a back yard.
