Island sing knock down
Radar speed sign at Hillside & Grant for eastbound traffic has been telling people they are going 99mph for several months
I believe there is a speed limit sign between E Gilbert Dr and E Glendora Dr but it is obscured due to the growth of folage.
There is a speed limit sign on Coutryside lane just off of Rockport that is obsurred by tree limbs
I noticed that the "ONE WAY" sign on 7th Street to the east of Lincoln is behind a tree. The sign is in the median of the bike lane curb on 7th, and it is pointing an arrow to the north, presumably to tell traffic headed east on 7th that Lincoln is a one way. A small street tree is planted directly in front of the sign, obstructing its view.
Heading east on 7th towards Dunn, there seem to be trees or tree branches blocking every stop sign from full visibility. This seems dangerous to have the one intersection with stop signs in that area have obstructions of being able to see the stop signs as a vehicle driver.
When heading west in the 7th Street bike lane from Indiana to Dunn, tree branches obstruct the view of the stop sign that is on the south side of the path.
Intersection of 2nd and Henderson has a stop sign on all 4 corners. All but one of them face the lane of traffic which is supposed stop. The one circled in blue (NW corner) on the photo seems unnecessary. For traffic going east on 2nd, there is the sign on the SW corner. For traffic heading west on 2nd, there is a sign on the NE corner. A friend pointed that out, and we are both curious: Why is there a redundant sign? Thanks!
So I brushed out to you guys before and got a basically a lame ass answer, all over the city you guys have the traffic lights set up in timed so as soon as one turns green and you go traveling the speed limit you get to the next one and instantly turns red oh I've driven all over the world this is obviously purposely done what you guys have said it's not case in point from starting from Miller Street through Grimes, this is something that's all over the city to why you want to do that I can understand downtown where you want traffic to slow down but the point I'm making a car stop at every light when doing the speed limit is dumb I don't expect an answer cuz you you're going to fucking deny it again but this is fucking bullshit
I would like to inquire about requesting a stop sign put up along s walnut street pike where it intersects with E Allendale Dr. I have been a resident at the barclay square apartments for going on three years now. Cars tend to speed down walnut street pike past my apartment complex. This makes it difficult for me and those on allendale to pull out onto the road. I have not witnessed any accidents so that is not a concern, just streamlining the traffic in that area and resident safety due to speeding.
