rideshare bike blocking sidewalk in front of 306 w 14th st. please let me know if a fine is assessed for improper parking thanks!
Witnessed a biker cut off a vehicle while turning off a side road when the car had the ROW. I have seen this happen more and more increasingly and biker education from the City on traffic regulations and requirements seems to not be a priority or being shared. They cannot be both a pedestrian and a vehicle and follow no traffic laws at all. This needs to be worked on.
I was told by Rhonda at Bloomington housing authority that the construction project taking place in our courtyard on Lindbergh will be a covered structure for bicycle parking. My concern is if motorized vehicles like scooters and motorcycles park there, the c shape created by the three tall apartment buildings surrounding the courtyard already create an amphitheater that echoes every sound. The noise from bikes that people built themselves around here are loud enough, but if they're revving them up in our courtyard and if there's an awning, and we're in this low level across the street from a hill, please consider how loud this will be in our apartments where there's gaps around our front door. I work full-time and need my sleep at night and to rest on the weekends. There are small children living here who need to be in bed at night. Please consider including signs that there will be no motorcycles or motor scooters parking here. I think bicycle parking is wonderful and I am enthusiastic about having bicycle parking.

I am writing to report the theft of my electric scooter from Hunter Ridge Apartments. I am a student and rely heavily on this scooter for commuting to campus. I discovered that it was missing this morning. Here are the details of the stolen item: Brand: Evercross Color: Black Key Detail: I still have the keys in my possession, meaning the individual who took it will not be able to turn it on or operate it electrically. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to process this report. I would greatly appreciate your help in locating my scooter, so please contact me if it is found or turned in. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Dear Whom it may concern, I realized that there are several kids (middle schoolers or six-graders) are driving crazy with dirt e-motorbike on the streets and park trails. These motor-bike's speeds are definitely over 30 mph sometimes, and I am sure that these kids doesn't have driver's licenses. They don't show any respect on the traffic rule because they don't know the rules. Once I see that one kid drove this motorbike at the school zone (Childs elementary school) around 3:50 pm when school kids are getting out. They are not just racing but do some stunt in front of all kids showing off. I see many times that they are literally racing on the Jackson Creek trail shouting "get out of the way" to pedestrians. I reported this several times to 911, but nothing changes. Please take some actions (impose fines and warnings to their parents) before somebody dies or serious hurt. It is just a matter of time. Please take this seriously and immediate actions. I can provide videos if the police wants to identify these kids. PLEASE.
Good evening. There has been a notable increase in the use of electric bikes at Olcott Park since this summer. Young people (including some children) are riding their electric bikes on the park pathways, grass, and streets. They are scaring pedestrians and their pets. They are going at high speeds (20 mph plus), doing wheelies, and driving while looking at their cell phones. It would be helpful to increase patrols and/or provide guidance to residents explaining how and where these bikes can be used. Given children are involved, safety is a primary concern. Thank you for addressing this.
A pile of scooters is blocking the sidewalk in front of 209 East Wylie Street. They have been there since last weekend.
The scooter company keeps filling the bus shelter on the corner with scooters. It's pouring rain today, and this stop is heavily used. We shouldn't have to to heave a bunch of scooters out of the shelter in order to stand out of the rain to wait for the bus.
