Other: Good evening. There has been a notable increase in the use of electric bikes at Olcott Park since this summer. Young people (including some children) are riding their electric bikes on the park pathways, grass, and streets. They are scaring pedestrians and their pets. They are going at high speeds (20 mph plus), doing wheelies, and driving while looking at their cell phones. It would be helpful to increase patrols and/or provide guidance to residents explaining how and where these bikes can be used. Given children are involved, safety is a primary concern.
