The issue is with this website/reporting system itself, not the courthouse. There needs to be a nonverbal method of reporting certain things - not the least of which being noise complaints. I lost my voice to cancer years ago, but I did not lose my hearing. I have a particularly loud set of neighbors, and I have been unable to do anything about them because I cannot call to make a complaint. I have seen other noise complaints on this website, and while their circumstances may not be the same as mine, it's clear there is a need for a nonverbal reporting method for noise complaints (as well as other similar non-emergent type issues). It is so difficult to get into the doorway at the lower level entrance to Fountain Square on S Walnut St (the closest entrance to Brightside Cafe) in a wheelchair. The metal transition strip looks bent and doesn't span the full height of the step, so it's not fully wheelchair accessible. Very hard to enter without a push-to-open button in a wheelchair. Still very difficult even if someone holds the door for me, because of the height of the transition. Let me know if you'd like me to show Michael Shermis in-person. Thank you.

Massive piles of trash are blocking the sidewalk as of 8:45pm on Wednesday May 10. Piles are in front of 424 E. 6th Street and 426 E. 6th Street. Hopefully it is trash night and it won't be there in the morning.

from the bus stop on covenanter up towards kroger there's a step of steps with a handrail, in front of the opticians. the handrail is almost completely rusted through on one of the uprights and will give way if someone needs to put any weight on it while going up these steps

Cafe Thistle has a flag that is blocking the sidewalk. It would be disorienting for a blind person to run into.

Neighbors in wheelchairs are riding on the street on E. Allendale due to inaccessible sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Steel plate over man-hole drain has been dislodged and is a hazard to pedestrians using that sidewalk. There are actually two steel plates in the same area. Too heavy for me to lift and fix.

Original ticket number #177138 closed but never addressed so I created a follow up ticket (#177261) which was closed, marked Resolved. So, how can aticket be marked Resolved when the original ticket was never addressed? How about just ticketing and towing the cars that are parking in the no parking area and blocking the handicap ramp and many times going in the working direction? It is a hazard to enter Driscoll from Walnut.

catalent refuses to make their parking lot safe for employees walking to and from their cars, especially those with mobility issues. There are no sidewalks, and because they do not provide enough parking for all employees during the day, people are driving around and around, looking for empty spaces instead of looking out for pedestrians. the more they have to drive, the more frustrated they get so the faster they go and less they pay attention.
