Culvert running North to South at the intersection of Rogers and West Fairway Lane is completely blocked. It causes water to back up completely when it rains.

The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt.

There are two rectangular holes on the Windermere Woods property that present a hazard to those who walk through the green space. The holes are located on the lower portion of Windermere Woods Drive as it runs parallel to College Mall Road, about 150 feet north of Covenanter Drive. There is a strong sewer/septic smell coming from this area every morning as I walk the b line in this area

There is a lot of gravel and sand on the edge of the street which doesn't help when the drain gets clogged (which it does every time it rains). I adopted this drain and keep it clear but think the street department should come and remove all the gravel etc. Thanks

The storm water drainage located in front of the house (closer to the street) is clogged. The city usually cleans it, but it seems that it hasn't been cleaned in a while.
