Our cul de sac becomes a lake every time we have a hard rain. We have complained about this for years & the resolution your engineers came up with were 2 seeds in th Our cul de sac N Feeds old c Our cul de sac, South side of N Feerwood CT turns into a lake every time we have a hard rain! Your people decided to put 2 large sewers in the curbs on Rose wood Dr which does no good! Now because someone at the city has decided NOT to clean streets, its even worse because all the debris is now in our street. I would appreciate for someone with common sense to help relieve this problem.

Ongoing issue at the intersection of Cambridge Drive and Sheffield. The pavement on East Cambridge Drive has been deteriorating for many years. The road has only been patched for the past two decades rather than fully repaved, and the surface continues to break down. Large amounts of loose debris wash into the storm drains during rainstorms. The drains frequently become clogged, and the street often floods as a result. This picture is from a week ago but the drains are even more blocked as of today.

We have an area right next to some storm drain manhole covers where a section of ground has fallen in. This area is starting to cave in under the roadway as well.

A hole has opened up in the ditch in front of my house, though I'm not sure if it is on my property, my neighbor's, or if it is in the city right of way. It's close to the street. It's about 18" wide and a little more than 24 in. deep. I don't know if the hole extends laterally under the street or in another direction. Please lmk if you need any additional info or if I should direct this to a different dept. Thanks!

I am addressing a sink hole on my property related to storm water erosion. On my property (Lot 5) and neighbor’s (Lot 6) property there is an easement by the city for storm water storm drainage. Is there any assistance you can provide to me regarding the filling of the sink hole and/ or ensuring that proper drainage is occurring at your easement?

The discharge from the sewer continues. Yesterday the plumbers were here and left all of the debris on the street and garden. The cleaning did not work and now the sewage water has backed up to the clean out and sipping through.
