Other: A hole has opened up in the ditch in front of my house, though I'm not sure if it is on my property, my neighbor's, or if it is in the city right of way. It's close to the street. It's about 18" wide and a little more than 24 in. deep. I don't know if the hole extends laterally under the street or in another direction. Please lmk if you need any additional info or if I should direct this to a different dept. Thanks!
