Request for Zoning and Code Compliance Review – @826_shows Pop-Up : I am writing to request that the city monitor and review the operations of a recurring pop-up music venue publicized via Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/826_shows/.The venue operates out of a residential neighborhood, hosts public live music events, and charges an entry fee. This raises several municipal and state compliance concerns that I would like the city to address proactively with the operators: Zoning Use: The operation of a commercial, ticketed entertainment venue appears to conflict with residential zoning designations and the strict limitations placed on Home Occupations under the Bloomington UDO. State Fire Safety: Under Indiana Code § 22-14-3, public entertainment events that charge admission require a state Amusement and Entertainment Permit, which generally cannot be issued for Class 2 residential structures due to life-safety codes. Neighborhood Impacts: Recurring assemblies of this scale present consistent risks regarding the 24/7 noise ordinance (BMC Chapter 14.09) and residential occupancy limits. Please consider investigating this location and working constructively with the venue operators to guide them toward compliant business practices, or to help them transition their events to properly zoned commercial spaces.

Regency Court, Apartments uses their lawn care equipment either down Henderson Street or through my parking lot to access their property on Southern Drive. Despite my repeated requests to avoid using my gravel parking lot as a thoroughfare, they continue to do so. This issue has been ongoing for several years. Notably, when I called this last time from my office landline, they didn’t answer. I had to block my cell phone number to get through. I spoke to Brittany who stated she would speak to the Lawn Care workers. I’m at a loss as to what to do, considering they likely use around six mowers when they go to mow.

, curious now that it's been proved a point that you were liars from the beginning about your forced vaccination, it's being approved that you actually helped implement a form of forced AIDS inoculation to babies and to think you all yelled nazi farmer's market.

Emailed Bloomingfoods in April 2026 requesting repair to the bricks under the gazebo so wheelchair can use it as part of accessible entrance instead of going through the parking lot and navigating around pulling in and out of parking spots. Have not received a response from them, and no repair has happened.

I have reported the overgrowth of these roses to Bloomingfoods multiple times in the past year or so. They keep growing across the accessible entrance ramp. Bloomingfoods will cut them back if I email them, but I believe they need to be more proactive about it. Currently growing across the ramp entrance as of 8/15.
