Please re-paint this yellow curb a brighter yellow. It is often in shadow and I think this leads it to look more gray causing people to mistake it for a parking spot.

Due to the current bridge reconstruction detour on Rhorer, all east-west traffic is being funneled through the E Rogers and Winslow roundabout. A 3-way stop approximately 0.25 miles west at Sherwood Oaks neighborhood is causing gridlock to back up directly into the roundabout every day between roughly 5:00 PM and 5:40 PM. Eastbound cars are completely blocking the north entrance, starving out those drivers and breaking Indiana Code § 9-21-8-36. Please investigate temporary mitigation, such as 'Do Not Block Intersection' signage or temporary traffic control at the 3-way stop during peak rush hour. Alternatively, a flagger at the Winslow Sherwood Oaks Neighborhood entrance might be more helpful and limit cars trying to cut through the neighborhood to avoid traffic going East on Winslow.

Yet another U-Haul truck was torn open this evening at the Adams Street railroad crossing. This happens so often that it's become a running joke in town. What we need is an overhead crash bar that provides immediate, physical feedback to drivers before they collide with the bridge. See, for example, this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUXCUEFzKFA. It would need to be installed far enough ahead that we wouldn't need to worry about railroad property lines. But even if we did, I'm sure this is one thing they'd be happy to cooperate with us on.

At the intersection of Kinser Pike and SR46. When travelling north on Kinser Pike on the south side of 46 and waiting to turn right (to head east on 46), there is room for a right turn lane, but it is only partially paved and has some major ruts that makes it almost impossible to turn right on red. I'd suggest paving this area and providing a full right turn lane to ease traffic congestion. Thanks

Thank you for paving Henderson, it looks great! I understand that you likely have to wait before painting on new asphalt, but I’m writing in to suggest some temporary traffic management during that time. Henderson is a heavy traffic street for cars, pedestrians, and cyclists. Newly paved roads with no markings can encourage faster speeds and other close calls with pedestrian and cyclist safety. I am most concerned about where Henderson turns into a one way. This is a bit confusion without road markings (luckily, I’ve been driving it for years). But without the markings, you do not know that the left lane is a bike lane. This morning on my commute, I saw a car parked on the left side of Henderson just after it turns to a one way, where the bike lane is. I’m not sure how much longer it’ll be before permanent markings can be painted, but some temporary markings or signs would help increase safety during the interim. Thank you!

Can you PLEASE repaint the arrows on this roundabout and put out a notice/newspaper article about proper use of roundabout usage/etiquette. The amount of time I have been honked at and flipped off since the Fullerton connection has been built is ridiculous. People (who are in the wrong) get so angry. I use this multiple times a day and have a son who is about to start driving. If there hasn’t been a wreck yet, there will be. Or worse.

there is a sign on woodlawn around the intersection of grimes that desperately needs replaced. It is a park crossing sign that I have driven by hundreds of times and never noticed as the print and sign are barely legible. People tend to speed down woodlawn in that area, given its close proximity to an elementary school (templeton) where students walk to school, along with the nearby crossing of weatherstone lane, this should be replaced quickly as the area will be picking up a lot more traffic with the pool opening, etc.
