Do you have a class C operator's broadcast license? Did you know you can be fined for wire fraud by the F.C.C. for illegal broadcast and having unlicensed transmitting devices? Did your group have anything to do with that extraneous 'on-air' chatter and other illegal broadcasts during the Packers-Lions game last Christmas? Do you know anything about the missing women in the surrounding states? What about those unlicensed construction trucks traveling in the midwest? Anything to do with 'the fox hunt'? I have made several attempts to pay an invoice via the City of Bloomington portal that the QR code directs me to. Every time I select "Pay Now" the portal reports an error: There was an unexpected error. Please contact the jurisdiction. ErrorId: 68392e5f-0b38-487f-ae74-2c2cffcf49fd Is this an error on the city's side that will be corrected so I can make the payment, or is there a known browser compatibility issue? I have tried it on multiple platforms.
