We think it is easier to read and has updated phone numbers/addresses, and service hours. The "new and improved" bill pay for city bills is a terrible user experience. It won't load on Safari, it doesn't remember users from the previous login info, and if the user logs in again it still doesn't remember the account number and that's IF you can get it to load at all. Please please please talk to tech people at the Mill. They can help. Thank you.

Never mind, able to access bloomington.in.gov now. I restarted my computer and router, and then I was able to log in to bloomington.in.gov, so please close my previous uReport.

One suggestion I have: When a resident reports an issue, and that issue then gets resolved, the resident should be notified that the issue has been resolved. It can be fairly difficult to go back through pages of reports to see what the solution was for the issue. Thanks!

Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours.
