We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. My trash was not picked up this morning. The recycling was picked up. I left enough room between the two containers and my trash bin was at the end of my driveway. It is a full container and needs to be picked up today. Thanks

Hello, Last week, one of our trash cans was not collected, even though we followed the CBU guidelines. This week, the trash truck drove down our alley without stopping at any of the houses on our street. As a result, we now have a significant amount of trash accumulating inside our home. Dumpster on the alley (east side of building) is overflowing. There are two dumpsters in the same alley, both are mountains of trash.
