White Chevy SUV has been parked in front of my driveway, partially blocking it, since noon Saturday.

So every day I use the ParkMobile app to pay for my parking today when I went out to my van for lunch, there was a ticket on my van so I checked to make sure I use the app today and I did I sent you a photo of my spot and the time so I do not know why I was issued a ticket if I paid through the Park mobile app hopefully we can resolve this issue
