Other: So every day I use the ParkMobile app to pay for my parking today when I went out to my van for lunch, there was a ticket on my van so I checked to make sure I use the app today and I did I sent you a photo of my spot and the time so I do not know why I was issued a ticket if I paid through the Park mobile app hopefully we can resolve this issue

I would appeal the ticket thru the City Clerks office, the address is on the ticket envelope. The plate number you entered into park mobile has the letter "o" before the P. That is the number 0 not the letter "o". the way you can tell is the number 0 is has square corners.
