The parking meter we used this morning accepted my first quarter, but the second one got stuck in the coin slot. It is still stuck there. Someone should check the meter and remove the coin. There are quite a few meters in the downtown area that do not have the green sticker with the parking area, and therefore cannot be paid for using the Parkmobile App. I usually do not have change, and don't like to use my credit card in the meters. Can you do an inventory of this issue and replace the stickers?

All the parking meters on the west side of Madison are completely defaced - they have black ink covering the display so that you cannot tell if/how much you have paid, and the green tag saying what zone for the mobile app has been ripped off. Is it ok to park there? Will you get a ticket even if you can't use the meter correctly?
