Other: All the parking meters on the west side of Madison are completely defaced - they have black ink covering the display so that you cannot tell if/how much you have paid, and the green tag saying what zone for the mobile app has been ripped off. Is it ok to park there? Will you get a ticket even if you can't use the meter correctly?

Parking know of this vandalize, and will be fixing the meters asap. Parking will give the parker 2 hours from when the meter is fixed.
