The people residing in this home were previously told by HAND to get rid of the garbage that was accumulating in their back yard, which is loose and blows onto other properties. Instead, they have simply moved it 10 feet to the right by a shed. Also, there are currently 5 cars parked on the property. From day to day, there are a lot of unknown people and traffic some of whom briefly come and go. I have seen people staggering in the backyard who are likely under the influence of some substance.

Last summer I contacted the city (Ureport case 192429) regarding city trees in my front yard (tulip poplar) that were infected by a "tulip tree scale" insect. I live in Tamarron and there are a number of other tulip poplar trees infected by the same bug. Haskell Smith said to contact him this spring to let him know and the city will treat the trees to keep them from dying. The cul de sac is routinely clogged in evening with cars parked on both sides. One car has been in front of my house for 4 weeks and hasn’t been moved and is parked illegally. Sometimes I have a difficult time even backing out of my driveway. What can be done about this

Dangerous Parking: There is a white Cooper car IN license plate HWC880 parked on the west side of Eastside Drive(right up to the intersection) blocking visibility to either pull out onto Maxwell or turn onto Eastside.

The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. AT&T Tower behind my home has been making a consistent extremely loud noise for the past 3 days.

We are located currently in a home in Hyde Park that's close to a cell tower, and the cell tower is already a little bit concerning for me. So that's 1 area of questions I have. The second is, though, that as of this morning, it's emitting a high pitched frequency all day long. Nonstop. It's creating headaches for us and our family. I believe the cul-de-sac neighbors as well. I'd like to get it stopped as soon as possible. Can you please direct me in so doing? Thank you so much.
