Other: 504 W Dixie St, Bloomington. House has not been lived in for over a decade. Two abandoned vehicles in back yard are being used as shelter for a person who is apparently unhoused and unrelated to deceased owner and her family. The site is a mess with belongings strewn over the entire yard. It is unclear how human waste is being dealt with. Within the last week, curtains have been hung around the front porch to inhibit view to front door. I believe the unhoused person or person have gained unauthorized access to the house through this or the back door, because a window along the east alley side that has been covered with blind and curtain for over a decade now has the curtain pulled back. One can also see through the east vent into the attic that there is a hole in the attic roof, making it accessible to animals. This situation has become untenable, and a hazard for sanitation as well as the perceived safety of me and other neighbors.
