Other: Hello, I am filing a complaint about 508 north oak street Bloomington Illinois. They are continuously blocking off a drive way in which they should not be using. They are out back of the apartment building stripping vehicles and trashing the back. At times, they have over 5 cars blocking the driveway. They are blasting music from 6am until 3am the following morning. They have also been allowing their children to tamper with my vehicle. I have called on them before and yet they continue to get worse.
